About Lamalia
Lamalia is a survival multiplayer Minecraft server featuring custom enchantments, land claiming, and a unique shop system. We're looking for a creative Content Developer to help us create engaging new features and address current challenges.

Content Developer / Game Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new gameplay features
• Balance existing game mechanics, including custom enchantments
• Develop strategies to address economic inflation and improve player retention
• Collaborate with the server owner to bring fresh ideas to Lamalia

Requirements

• Age: 18+ (Negotiate able)
• Strong understanding of Minecraft gameplay mechanics
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance game features for player enjoyment
• Familiarity with custom server features (plugins, datapacks, etc.) is a plus
• Like Lamalia Server vision and its direction
